By using Lyrify, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use Lyrify in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
4. Payments and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy for our premium subscriptions, provided that the premium features have not been significantly utilized. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact Paddle.com customer service or our support team.
6. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the lyrics they upload. Lyrify is intended as a personal diary and collection of songs. If you upload lyrics that are not your original work, you must uncheck the 'Original Author' toggle and provide the name of the original author. Lyrify does not verify the authenticity or legal ownership of any uploaded content. Users are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from their uploads. You solely bear all legal responsibility for any copyright infringement or intellectual property claims resulting from the content you upload to your personal collection. Lyrify acts only as a hosting service and accepts no liability for user-generated content. By posting content, you grant Lyrify a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform as per your account settings.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Lyrify for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, or distribution of harmful software.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lyrify is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade.
11. Blockchain Services (Proof of Existence)
Lyrify offers an optional service to record song metadata on the Solana blockchain (currently disabled for payments processed via Polar). This service acts as a 'Proof of Existence' (cryptographic timestamp) and does not constitute a legal copyright certificate. Lyrify is not responsible for the legal enforcement of your rights. Fees for blockchain services are non-refundable once the transaction is processed on-chain.
